VIPGate offers:

• Monthly Subscription
• Yearly Subscription (Pay 9 Months, Get 12 Months Access)

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellation

Users may cancel at any time via their account dashboard.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund.

Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access digital nature of VPN services:

  • A 7-day limited refund policy applies to first-time purchases only.
  • Refund eligibility requires reasonable usage limits.
  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds for mid-term cancellations are not provided.

Refund abuse, excessive usage, or violation of Terms may void eligibility.


Payment Processing Disclosure

All payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers including Stripe and PayPal.

VIPGate does not store or process credit card details directly.

Payment disputes should first be directed to our support team before initiating chargebacks.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and service termination.


Acceptable Use (UK Legal Tone)

Users agree not to use the service for:

  • Illegal activities under UK law or applicable local law
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Distribution of malware
  • Copyright infringement
  • Unauthorized access to systems or networks

VIPGate reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.


Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Before initiating any chargeback via Stripe or PayPal, users must contact support.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Permanent service ban
  • Recovery of dispute-related administrative costs
